We verify that your new or renovated healthcare facility
performs to expectataions from day one
We can prevent unnecessary capital costs associated with improperly designed mechanical equipment, and our design review can verify minimal energy use and cost. In addition, we will avoid costly change orders that can result from incomplete design information. As we lead the development of technical and functional building system requirements, we will assure alignment with user and performance expectations. In addition, Aramark Engineering and Asset Solutions will provide comprehensive systems training to the maintenance and operations staff to ensure long-term success.

Altoona Hospital Station Medical Center
The system-wide consolidation provides patient-centered care in a setting outside traditional hospital walls. The solution consolidates outpatient services from the campuses into an existing grocery store attached to a medical mall. Now included are Patient Registration, Imaging (including a Women’s Health Center), Lab, Pre-anesthesia Evaluation Unit, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Sleep Lab/Neurology and Health Force.
We were approached to commission the Station Medical Center near the end of the construction progress. In the short time onsite, Aramark Engineering and Asset Solutions identified over 309 issues during inspections and functional testing, that were critical to the operation of the facility.
